Returns and Refunds

1.26 We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. If something’s not right, you can return the product back to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Please let us know via email at sales@thebestthingsdirect.co.uk.

If a product has arrived damaged or faulty, do not attempt to use. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email with supporting images.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any free gifts or accessories.

Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless faulty.

Please return your item to the following address and enclose a note/invoice in the parcel with your details, stating reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund.

Refunds 

1.27 Once your return has been received we will notify you by email. Once the item has been inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using the original method of payment within 14 calendar days.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
